when selecting the imagine to set it to a block element why do you have to add a (.) before profile photo in your CSS?

.profile-photo { display: block; max-width: 300px; margin: 0 auto 30px; border-radius: 100%; }

Hi Keith

You have to use a dot/period when you're applying rules to a class.

So just as a further example to apply a rule to an id you use a #.
