Is the header file part of the C programming language, or is it something the developer must create?
Can anyone explain this to me? I'm up to arrays now on this track.

13,116 PointsHi there James. stdio.h is a C language header file. It signifies standard input - output. You don't need to code it on your own and it would be very complex for you to code such a library being a beginner. You can read more about it here.
