8,361 PointsI'm not sure exactly what you're asking here, as the answer would depend on the number. The Quiz that you're referencing asks about which binary number represents 'on' and 'off', in which case the answer is '1' and '0', respectively. (That's why you will see some flip switches that have a I for on and a O for off, and why some push button power switches have a symbol that looks like a circle with a line in it, which represents 1 and 0.)
