General Discussion

Which is better?

So which is better..... if I want to start an "on the side" website design business, would it be better for me to do tech degree's or just the tracks.

For the tracks, all I would really need is Wordpress, PHP, HTML/CSS, and Java Script. For the techdegree, I would need the Front End Web Developer.

Thoughts?

Erm, that is entirely up to you. Do you feel like you need the extra benefits that the Techdegree gives (like the projects or the one-on-one TreeHouse Mentor)? Or are you able to learn just as well through taking the tracks and doing your own side projects? Only you can answer those questions, and by doing so you will get your answer. :)
