Why am I all of a sudden having nothing but issues from workspaces?

I've always used workspaces with out issue, but now im experiencing nothing but issues. I cant even get it to launch with most of the videos in the jQuery. I've tried everything from clearing browser history to restarting my system. I use the chrome browser.

Hey Justin,

My apologies for the troubles you're experiencing. Our team is investigating and fixing these Workspace issues, though I don't have an ETA for when they may be completed. If/when you experience a timeout, please feel free to exit the Workspace and leave it untouched for 10-15 minutes- this should reset the instance and permit entry. I may also suggest saving your Workspace to a local file on your hard drive so should you encounter this again, you'll be able to launch your local file and resume studying, even if your WS is down temporarily. Should you wait 15 minutes and not see any progress, please write to Support with your WS ID number (found in the URL) and they'll take some extra steps to get it repaired. We greatly appreciate your patience and efforts!

Are workspaces still down? I haven't been able to access ALL DAY today.

I've been able to use workspace off and on. It just randomly will not open usually giving a not authorized popup. Typically waiting 10 to 15 mins then relaunching has been working for me.
