I am getting all four string in the tuple. Still getting bummer. Or I have misunderstood the challenge.
def stringcases(string):
tuple_1 = string.upper()
tuple_2 = string.lower()
tuple_3 = string[:1].upper() + string[1::].lower()
tuple_4 = string[::-1]
tup = tuple_1, tuple_2, tuple_3, tuple_4
return tup

The challenge says, "Titlecased (first letter of each word is capitalized)", but it looks like your code will capitalize the first word instead of each word.
Hint: What if there were a function like upper and lower that already did that?
