Why aren't my files appearing in my file tree after I drag them over?

I download the items then drag them over, and they do not appear.

Did you make sure to unzip the files before you tried to drag them over?

Not sure exactly how you are dragging the files but are you dragging the individual files inside the image folder (not the actual folder) into the workspaces sidebar and dropping them in the darkened area that says drop files to upload? This automatically uploads the files.
