Why can't I download the project files for the Carousel Challenge?

I am trying to download the project files for the Carousel challenge and it isn't working. When I try to open up Workspaces, I keep getting the message saying "Treehouse.com says not authorized." and Workspaces never loads. I have never had this problem before. What could be causing this?
