Why can't I drag pictures into workspace

In the video that am watching which is on how to make a website. Talks about downloading picture files. Dragging pictures into the workspace but when I try to do it it won't let me. It won't even show that they are being uploaded or anything. I don't get why not. Please let me know what I should do or whats wrong.

Hello James,

Have you successfully uploaded the photos to your Workspace since posting this question? If so, please let me know. If not I'd be glad to help you.

Thanks :)

Extract the files from the .zip folder, then drag the extracted image files to the bottom left of the workspace inside the box where it's says 'drop files to upload'.

I'm trying to do so but it will not let me upload the images.

drag and dropping does not work for me either, is this a pro only feature?

An alternative is go to the menu bar, click 'file' then click 'upload file'.
