Why do I suddenly have a new file in my CSS folder, normalize.css?

Did I miss something? I am almost sure I never created this file and there is code and notes written that I did not create. I have only added the normalize.css in the index.html...pretty sure. I am only in the 'change fonts with google fonts' section of the course.

Hi Kathryn,

If you opened / started a new Workspace for a video, sometimes it will launch / use a completely new one that will have the files needed for that video. Some courses use one Workspace across many videos, and some courses use a new Workspace in each video.

You can see all the Workspaces your have opened / are using by clicking on the Workspaces icon in the left-side navigation. (Looks like <>).

Hope that helps. :)

Are you using Workspaces? If so then each time you go to a new part of the course the workspace is up dated with new content. You will only see the updated content if you close and reopen the workspace (you are usually prompted to do it). I image the teacher added normalize.css for a future bit of the course where you will link to it.

I am only in the beginning of the course and yes, I am using workspaces and yes I reopen it every time I go back to the lessons. I have only built the very basic mobile site in the course so I don't see why I would start seeing the video content of the course. And no, I have not started a video with workspaces, only built a very basic site with images, we have not eve gotten to active links in this basic site. Maybe the normalize.css file is for a part of the future course but it seems very far away from where I am. Still not sure why It would appear in my workspaces file menu.
