at 06;56 on 'Giving information to Function' video, He put the '' '' in the return value. I don't get it why we need it, because we wrote '+unit' already.

Treehouse TeacherHi grace! Actually, that's not an empty quote. It contains a blank space and he explains this at around 7:03 in the video. If you didn't have that the output would be "200sq ft" instead of "200 sq ft". He's just inserting a space between the area and the unit of measurement.
