Why does this not work?

def loopy(items): # Code goes here While True: if items == "STOP": break for item in items: print(item)

breaks.py
def loopy(items):
    # Code goes here
    While True:
        if items == "STOP":
            break
        for item in items:
            print(item)

        if item == 'STOP':
            break
        else:
            print(item)
