Ruby Ruby Basics (Retired) Ruby Methods Method Returns: Part 2

Why is C not defined?

When I take c = a % b I thought it should return the string, with everything in it with interpolation. Why is this not working! Please help!

method.rb
def mod(a, b)
  #write your code here
  c = a % b
  return "The remainder of #{a} divided by #{b} is #{c}"
end
mod(5 , 6)

You're pretty much correct. The challenge is being picky about your grammar. You need to end the sentence with a period and it should pass.

Thank you both very much!
