Why is line #3 causing an uncaught error?

Please review my code, I'm not sure why it is throwing this error?

This demonstration program is intended to throw an error when the function is called with arguments that are not numbers.

The arguments 'nine' and 'five hundred' are both strings and cause the error.

Steven I actually figured the error out when I went into the dev tools, line 3 shows where the exception triggers and then it actually shows the line that triggered the exception.
