Why is my 5 minute wordpress install not working?

I have dragged the folder 'wordpress' into 'publichtml' on filezilla but when I go to log in to harryhemp.com/wp-admin/ and it just takes me straight to admin without an option to configure an install.

Hi, I don't know, but while doing it too, I had many problems that I didn't solve till today :zap: :( if you find an answer it would be nice if you share it :smiley: as if I do , I wil deinitly share it .

I believe that some of the hosting servers are equipped to handle WordPress manual installs by automatically creating the required DB and skipping those steps.

Or

It maybe possible that you didn't clear out all the files of your previous WordPress install.
