Why is my editor blank?

it says to remove the underlines, but my editor has no content. I've have just unpaused my membership after a 6 month leave if that helps.

turns out it's suppose to be blank as it want you to type out the CSS syntax choosing the selector etc. I just jumped back in after 6 months and didn't understand what it was asking for.
