Why is the prompt not appearing?

I followed along until 1:30, the prompt didn't appear: 

var message = '';
var student;
var search;

function print(message) {
  var outputDiv = document.getElementById('output');
  outputDiv.innerHTML = message;
}

while (true) {
  search = prompt('type name [Jody] (or quit to end)';
  if (search.toLowerCase() === 'quit') {
    break;
  }

}


for (var i = 0; i < students.length; i += 1) {
  student = students[i];
  message += '<h2>Student: ' + student.name + '</h2>';
  message += '<p>Track: ' + student.track + '</p>';
  message += '<p>Points: ' + student.points + '</p>';
  message += '<p>Achievements: ' + student.achievements + '</p>';

You are missing your closing parenthesis on your prompt.

Thanks, I actually figured it out by using the console. I need to do that before I make a thread.
