Why is there still a vertical scroll bar remaining at the end of the video?

I believe he was calculating the min-height primarily to keep the footer at the bottom of the screen, but a secondary benefit was eliminating the scroll when the window was tall enough for all the content.

It's probably not practical (or desirable) to suppress the scroll bar when the window height is smaller than the content requires
