CSS How to Make a Website Styling Web Pages and Navigation Style the Image Captions

Why isn't there a need for the semicolon after the color for "#gallery li a p"?

I was a bit confused why my page didn't turn out like yours at first and then I noticed that you didn't have a semicolon after the color for the #gallery li a p. Once I deleted that my page turned out like yours. Why isn't there a need for the semicolon there?

That is an accident and it looks like Treehouse needs to fix that part. You always put a semi colon after a CSS value.

I could believe that.
