Why isn't this passing?

I think I have it right, but I'm not sure what's stopping it.

Hi Joshua,

The challenge asks you to insert a nav element with an unordered list after the link in the header, the <a> tag. So you just need to reorder you code slightly -

        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
</a>
<nav>
        <ul>
            <li>Portfolio</li>
            <li>About</li>
            <li>Contact</li>
         </ul>
</nav>

Not sure what the test is that isn't passing but your nav structure seems to be in the wrong place.
