Why isn't this working?!-______-

def loopy(items): for i in items: if items[i] == "a": continue else: print items[i]

I don't see why this isn't right. Someone please help?

Very close. Your only mistake is trying to print a slice of the item. Just print the whole item.

def loopy(items):
    for item in items:
        if item[0] == 'a':
            continue
        else:
            print(item)
