Why my code is not satisfying the answer.

def just_right(word): wordlist = list(word) if len(wordlist) < 5: print("Your string is too short") elif len(wordlist) > 5: print("Your string is too long") else: return True

just_right("Hancock")

You're printing the strings rather than returning them like the challenge asks for.

As a side-note, you could skip converting word to a list and just run len(word) as long as it's a string or other interable.
