C# Entity Framework Basics LINQ Queries Sorting a Query

There isn't a "." to remove... I am totally confused. Thanks for the help.

The unexpected period is the one before "OrderBy", and that's because the previous line ends with a semicolon, making the period the beginning of a new statement.

In addition to removing the semicolon, you'll also want to do the conversion to a list after the LINQ methods. Look at the implementation of "GetCoursesByTeacher" for an example.
