why this is not right?

def loopy(items): for item in items: print(item) if item == "STOP": break

items = ['item4', 'STOP', 'item5'] loopy(items)

breaks.py
def loopy(items):
  for item in items:
    print(item)
    if item == "STOP":
      break


items = ['item4', 'STOP', 'item5']
loopy(items)

I don't think they want to see the "STOP" printed with the other items. You need to check for that before you print:

def loopy(items):
  for item in items:
    if item == "STOP":
      break
    print(item)
