Why this media query isn't working?

I believe that the syntax is correct. I have to create a breakpoint that changes the size of any h1 divs to 2.5em, but the practise code exercise isn't validating it. I've checked the video about media querys again and I don't see what's wrong. It's identical to the ones used in the video. Any idea about why this happens? What am I doing wrong?

I guess that it makes sense because h1 is also outside of the query below.

Anyways, due to the cascading nature of CSS, shouldn't the query take priority over the standard h1 style, even if it's not below it?
