Why this won't pass 'Python Slices' - 'Python Collections' Task 2/4

why this won't pass the fourth function??

def reverse_evens(iterable): evens = iterable[::2] return sorted(evens, reverse=True)

You can't assume the values are in any specific order.

That might work if all the values in the iterable were initially in ascending order, but your function should work no matter what the values are.

Also, what if the iterable were not a list Using sorted would change it.
