238 Pointswhy was I unable to import the image files?
I work on a PC and I downloaded the image files and tried dragging them to the workspace sidebar but it did not work. The side bar did not darken and indicate to drop files either. Please help.

Make sure to extract the files out of the .zip file before dragging them onto the workspace. Extract the files anywhere you would like, then drag them into the workspace from that location. Make sure you close and reopen the workspace if there's already a pending upload notification.

I've just done a test on my workspace on PC and the image was successfully added to my workspace. Try again this time hovering your mouse over the first quarter of the black strip. It'll pipe up as "Drop Files to Upload" and simply release the mouse when hovered over this.

8,353 PointsOpen Workspace.. select one or multiple images and hold + drag images on left side black area. when will you see drop files here to upload than release files.
