why when I log out I cannot see the flash message "you successfully logged out"

Hi, I noticed that when Jason logs out from the application he gets the same message as me: "You must be logged in to access this page" but why I cannot see the message "You have successfully logged out" when clicking the logout link.

Any idea why the message when user logs out is skipped
