WORDPRESS How do you change the url of a featured image? Any help much appreciated. :)

Hi!! I have a wordpress blog post, and at the moment when i click on the post image, its opening the image up as a lightbox (so i assume at the moment the images links url is itself) i would like is so when i click on the image that it take the user to the blog post of that image, rather than it opening up the image in a lightbox view.

Can anyone please talk me through how to do this?
