I am really frustrated by the workspace because lots of time it just cannot be loaded in Chrome. It would say that not authorised. I tried restart, refresh and log out, it still does not work. Could you please fix that problem? It wastes lots of my time.

4,731 PointsHi Haozhuo,
Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Our developers have advised us there may be brief outages for some students over the next week or so while they are working on some infrastructure maintenance. A few refreshes and a browser cache/cookie clearing should right the issue. The outage shouldn't last more than a couple minutes at a time.
You may also be able to successfully launch the WS from different areas (e.g. in the Workspace tab underneath the video player or from the aforementioned WS menu). If the WS is new and you haven't added any code to it, you can delete it from the Workspace menu and attempt to launch it again from the video. Your patience is greatly appreciated! If you continue to face the issue, please let us know! help@teamtreehouse.com

EDIT: well, deleting it from the workspaces area, and creating a new one from under the video worked for me!

2,590 PointsThank you Jay. Still, it does not help. I can only launch an empty workspace instead of one with the material of this video. i sent email to the support team.
