workspace has lost all of my previous work

went to resume my Track from yesterday and when I launched workspace, all of the files I had created over the last two days were gone from the new workspace.

HA. nevermind. I found it when I tried "Launch a different workspace" I had just moved onto a new segment and a new workspace was created unannounced. All good
