Workspace isn't working

Workspace is not working in the bar below the video where we have Teacher's Notes, Questions .... Workspace. Is this problem with me or someone else too?

also, sometimes you will run into a cache issues. When this site does not behave, try clearing your cache.

Mine works, but I noticed that if I have clicked on the link the launch button disappears. Move the mouse around the right hand side where the launch button was and it will reappear on hover.

im getting this error when I want to preview my workspace online,

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'css' (T_STRING) in /home/treehouse/workspace/index.php on line 16

I cant seem to figure in out, I never touched the CSS or HTML, im doing the PHP class. it was working earlier please help.
