Workspace not allowing me to upload files

I'm working from a windows computer. I'm using Firefox as my browser, and I attempted to upload the images to the workspace. The shadowed box did not appear, and there doesn't seem to be an option to upload the files.

Should I just try a different browser?

Why don't you try drag and drop option, you drag the picture to the workspace and you will see a box in the side bar at the bottom. Just try it I hope it works.

You can add image click at File > Upload File > And the image will get uploaded. Tell me if it works.

Hmm. Did you try File > Upload File?
