Workspace not loading.

My Workspace won't load all the way, The window opens but continues to attempt loading, without ever completing. I have tried restarting my browser, re-opening Workspace, and loading Workspace from a different video. Is there any way I can deal with this quickly?

Hi Caleb.

Sorry you've been kept waiting so long but I only just saw your message. I've had this problem myself. According to Support, you need to log out, wait 10-15 minutes and log in and try launching the workspace again.
