Workspace not working

My workspace is not working - neither on safari nor on Chrome. Can someone help me?

sorry still a newbie ;). It says "Workspace Timed Out". javascript: yes it's enabled. I already wrote tech support so maybe they find where the problem is ;).

Oh when that happens on my computer it mainly mean one of two things~ 1) I need to update browser or java 2) I have to many tabs open. I am not sure if it help? But try looking and seeing for any updates or even a virus maybe clear browser history that type of deal. any way I hope that helps you out Mia!

Need a little more info :) Do you get any error messages? What happens when you try to use it? Is Javascript enabled in your browsers?
