Workspace won't upload the photos after I drag them into the side bar.

After opening the zip file, I drag the img files into the left bar of workspace and the files won't upload. They just sit there so I'm unable to drag them into my new Image folder. Please help, thank you.

From your workspace, you could try File > Upload File to upload the files individually. Or, try dragging the individual images (not the folder) to the lower left side of the Workspace window.

:dizzy:

I had the same issue. I am using windows 7. I dragged all images and then individual image to no avail. Added them via upload>file. That worked.

I was also have the same problem. Windows 10, Chrome browser.

I realized that I wasn't extracting the files from the .zip folder before trying to upload them, that was my issue.

So, extract your files, save to a new folder and away you can now go (hopefully)!

Thanks! That was my problem, too.
