workspaces has stopped auto-creating closing parens/brackets. Is there a toggle? A reset?

Not sure (I've been using a variety of text editors for all of the above (ruby, HTML/CSS, etc, etc) so I'm not absolutely sure workspaces does this but I seem to remember these: {},(), [], "",''--being created in pairs. That's not happening now. Is there a toggle?

Hey,

I checked it out in workspaces and I think that it only auto-creates closing tags. Seeing that it only seems to work when I am typing in a HTML file and not when I am working in CSS for example.

I also couldn't find a way to toggle this on or off.
