HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Include External CSS

Would you recommend linking normalize.css to my html files as a "Best Practice" kind of thing?

I'm just wondering if I should get in the habit of linking normalize.css to my html files when I'm creating web pages. Is it a pretty generic css file that can be used almost universally?

Thanks!

It's been seen as a 'best practice' for awhile now, but it becomes less necessary if you don't need to support older browser versions, as there are less inconsistencies between the newer ones. I'd still recommend using it though, especially while learning.
