Wp config installation doesn't prompt for database info

For some reason when I add the wp-admin at the end of site it goes straight to the dashboard. Instead of prompting me for database information. Please help!

Is this the first time you are trying it out? Are you setting it up on you local PC or on a server?

I downloaded wordpress prior and tried it this is the first time I'm going through the entire process 1minute & 5 Min install. Also prior I didn't have a hosting company of a domain and now I have both. I believe i'm on a local PC ( on my macbook). Does that info help?

Yeah I'm getting the same exact thing. I'm just lead directly to the login page. There's no prompting for database info at all.
