HTML How to Make a Website CSS: Cascading Style Sheets Center the Wrapper

#wrapper highlighted in red in css.main and ineffective.

When I type #wrapper in main.css, it remains highlighted in red. The subsequent styles are not implemented either.

Hey Rob. If you can provide a sample of you css. Meanwhile check if you properly closed all previous css rulls, meaning you have closing } for any open { , that is usually my problem.

.someClass {
   color:tomato;
}

Thank you and I hope it helps.

Hi Kirill,

Thanks for the reply. I deleted main.css and recreated it. After that it worked fine with the exact same CSS code. I'm not sure why that is the case, but its ok now.

Many thanks Rob
