'Wrong number of prints' in Even_odd

I can't find what's wrong in my code, can someone help me plz?

even.py
import random

start = 5

def even_odd(num):
    # If % 2 is 0, the number is even.
    # Since 0 is falsey, we have to invert it with not.
    return not num % 2

while start is True:
    num = random.randint(1, 99)
    if even_odd(num) is True:
         print("{ } is even".format(num))

your code worked for me, just had to tab over your whole while argument because it is part of the function
