Courses Plus Student 298 PointsXAMPP Apache does not start Windows 10
I installed XAMPP 3.2.2 to c:\xampp and to a folder and tried installing to a folder on a separate partition. I have Windows 10 updated edition so WWW is not running and Internet Information Services are not installed. I changed port 80 to port 9080 Rebooted. Started XAMPP as admin Installed Apache as a service Disabled Firewall and turned off ACL's
All this and it still will not start.
Anyone have any ideas?
