    Planning the Second Sprint

    In this video, Jim and Nick discuss their goals for their second sprint working on Easy Jobs.

    [Nick Pettit] Well, in the last iteration, I put together some wireframes 0:05
    and I also got together some of the initial CSS just to get the site going. 0:08
    [Jim] Yeah, so I got a Rails project set up and then created the scaffolding 0:12
    for the jobs, so we'll have something to start working on views immediately 0:16
    so we can start playing around with actually posting jobs. 0:19
    So what do you want to get accomplished in this iteration? 0:22
    [Nick] Well, I want to create a responsive design for this site, 0:24
    so to do that, we need to first create a high-fidelity mockup 0:28
    so that we can go ahead and create our fluid grid calculations, 0:32
    and a high-fidelity mockup will also help us establish 0:34
    some of the more detailed visual design of the site. 0:37
    [Jim] Cool, so while you're doing that, 0:40
    what I want to do is get an authentication system set up. 0:42
    Basically, I want people to be able to register and sign in so they can post their jobs 0:45
    and then manage the jobs that they post, so the first step for that 0:49
    is to implement some sort of authentication layer, 0:51
    and then we can move forward with that. 0:54
