Not sure what i am doing wrong , Keeps asking Did you define your Square class as an inner class of the Polygon class?

Perhaps it should say "You defined..." instead of "Did you define...". But the problem is that the definition of Square is inside the definition for Polygon instead of being at the same level.
Actually, it looks like you're just missing a close brace (}
) at the end of the definition of Polygon.
