SELECT * FROM products WHERE price <= 10.99; First its the name of the column and after the value to compare

Names and values can be on either side of the compare, but the original code was looking for price greater or equal and now it would be less than or equal.

But is the type of comparison the issue? I still haven't seen the original question to check it.
