String firstName ="Fernando"; console That is exactly what I'm typing and I got an error .

String firstName ="Fernando"; console

Where is the error???

Name.java
// I have setup a java.io.Console object for you named console
String firstName ="Fernando";
console.printf("<your name> %s", firstName);

You weren't actually meant to put <your name> he meant just type it straight in like Fernando can code in java.

the below code will pass all tasks.

String firstName ="Fernando";
console.printf("%s can code in Java!", firstName);
