If you compare this to the code shown in the video, you'll see that this formula is missing the "+ 1" which is needed to make the random range inclusive of the higher number.

In that case, it excludes the 0, doesn't it?

No, because the + 1 is part of the multiplier. If the random function returns 0, no matter what you multiply it by, the value will still be 0.

Did you post the wrong sample? I don't see "min" being used in this code.

Right. It had to be lower .
