Java Java Basics Getting Started with Java Strings, Variables, and Formatting

am i suppose to do more?

i dont think my line of code is wrong it worked in the work space and i went back to watch the video, am i suppose to do more then just simply wright out the single line of code?

Hey Seth,

Can you post your code? I'm currently only seeing the default console comment.

If you're stuck, here's an example:

String lastName = "Proffer";
console.printf("%s is my last name!", lastName);

I'm declaring a String variable called lastName that stores my last name, "Proffer". I then print out, "Proffer is my last name!" by using the printf method. Any String variable we pass into this method will be printed where %s is found.
