Using %b in link_format leads to a three letter abbreviation of the month. Luckily, Wikipedia knows how to resolve this properly. But, it would've been cleaner to use %B, thereby giving Wikipedia the exact link it's expecting. Sorry, I couldn't not mention this... : )

Treehouse Guest TeacherAll of the links I looked at were fine with the three-letter abbreviation so that's why I used it. And, in the end, Wikipedia still knows what we want! But, good to know there are better options. Thanks for the feedback!

6,325 PointsGood call Graham Mackenzie. It looks like Wikipedia prefers the month name spelled out entirely. However, it does redirect.
Ex: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/October_12 vs https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oct_12
