Best way to clear brain fog when studying code?

Trying to study, don't get my wrong don't need motivation I just can't seem to shake off the fog in my mind while taking in this new information. It is not hard to understand code it is hard to concentrate anyone have some good tips that have work for you?

When you're studying do you do a bunch of other stuff at the same time?

Hey Coding Panda,

I usually focus for 30 minutes using a timer, I then take a 10-minute break before I keep on going again. I also try to keep the learning new things to max 2 hours a day. For me, this tends to work when learning something new.

I hope that helps,

Jonas
